Marchese Health Care, operated by Mezentco Inc., was founded in the 1960s as Marchese Pharmacy and was re-engineered by its current owner, Ms. Marita Zaffiro in 1988 to be a responsive, innovative, professional service alternative to chain drug stores.

Marchese Health Care has been providing and delivering innovative, high quality general medical supplies services to people in their homes for nearly two decades. Marchese clients include Community Care Access Centres, long term care homes, and hospices. Additionally, we have been a provider of medical supplies services to Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), Assistive Devices Program (ADP) and Municipalities, EMS, Social and Public Health Services (SPHS). At the heart of it, one of Marchese’s core purposes is supporting clients to regain or maintain their health and independence in the community. Many of the clients it serves are frail, vulnerable and at risk.

Customer service and customer focus is Marchese’s first priority. Marchese’s clients (both the contracting clients and beneficiaries of service) consistently rate it highly for its caring and knowledgeable staff, patient focus, and accuracy of service delivery, high quality, cost-effective products and excellent customer service. While Marchese stocks a wide range of products, its staff go the extra mile to source specialty products that meet clients’ individualized needs. Marchese works collaboratively with its clients and key partners in order to provide excellent services to the people it serves.
